Gypsy, Hanlon Bel Air Gypsy-Rose Lee was breeder Kim Studley’s pick of her litter. She offered her to me knowing I was considering another standard schnauzer in the near future and was getting interested in conformation shows. I brought Gypsy home on July 4th 2017 to fireworks in our neighborhood. She was calm, friendly, and curious. A very easy puppy. I took handling classes with her, groomed her, and showed my first dog in conformation. I finished her Championship and Grand Championship all Owner Handled. Gypsy is happy to please but loves food and toys too. She is my only retriever and as such she earned a dock diving title.
She also enjoys barn hunt, lure coursing, scent work, and herding.
We will now move toward obedience and rally and see what happens as her motto is “the rules don’t apply to me”. However, we will persevere!
